My m1 Carrier is broken. How can I fix or replace this?

Reach out to info@lascal.com.hk with the following information:


  • photos of the item and any damage or video of how product is not functioning properly
  • manufacturing date on product
  • proof of purchase
  • description of how break/problem occurred
  • description of how product was cared for (washed, dried, or stored between use)
  • full contact details (name, address, phone number)


If you are covered under warranty, we'll let you know how we can best resolve the problem. Do not throw away the item in question or any parts. Our technical team needs to examine the unit to determine if it can be fixed or should be replaced.
