We are sorry that the retracting spring came loose. As written on the STOP warning label, the KiddyGuard® Assure should not have been opened before the roller part has been fixed. However there is no problem, the spring can be activated again. Please watch the video below for the how-to instructions.
Note: be careful to hold the bottom gable tightly so you don’t lose your grip, as doing so may hurt your hand.
