First verify that the BuggyBoard® platform is in a horizontal position or slightly tilted backward when a child is standing/sitting on it. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the connectors and modify the position. If needed adjust also the angle of the BuggyBoard arms.
After adjustments, apply two drops of oil (food-grade oil can be used) to the swivel axle.
